What Is The Estimated Shipping Time?
The estimated shipping times for all packages are between 14-20 days. All our products are shipped directly by our suppliers and we do not retain any inventory. I Ordered Several Products At Once. Some Arrived and Some Didn’t ?
Our products are packaged and shipped directly by our suppliers. Different products are sold by different suppliers, so there’s always a chance that different products in your order are fulfilled by different suppliers. In such cases, the packaging and shipping times are different. You may/will receive different products on different dates, but you can stay assured that you’ll receive all your products. We try our level best to ship all the products in your order at the same time and date.
I Received A Damaged/Faulty Product. What Do I Do ?
Revert back immediately to our sales department at email@example.com with your order number and the image of the damaged product. We will either ship a new one or refund your money. Whichever you like.
How Do I Cancel My Order And Ask For A Refund ?
You can only cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering the product. That’s because we ensure all orders on a day are shipped out at the end of every day. This gives us a window of only 12 hours to cancel the shipment with our supplier. We do not entitle a refund for orders older than 12 hours, but ensure timely delivery of the product.
